Booking Policy:

All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of the desired booking date.
Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Root Camp Experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days from the booking date will not be eligible for any refund (0% refund) but may be used as a credit for a future booking within 6 months from the canceled booking date.
