Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions ("Terms") before booking a Getaway Day as a one-time booking guest or applying for membership to [Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway] ("the Getaway"). These Terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of Getaway members ("Members"), Getaway One-Time Booking Guest (Guests) and the Getaway management ("Management"). By applying for membership or booking a day, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. No Refund & Non-Transferable Policy for Getaway Retreat Bookings Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway Cancellation Policy At the Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway, we have a strict **no refund** and **non-transferable** policy for any retreat bookings cancelled within **14 days** of the scheduled date. However, we do offer an exception: if you cancel within this period, you may apply your payment as a credit toward a future booking within **6 consecutive calendar months** from the original booking date, pending availability. If the rescheduled booking is not used within this 6-month window, the credit will be forfeited. For cancellations made within **3 days** of the initial booking, we will provide a refund minus a **$150 cancellation fee**. Add-On Wellness Services: Any wellness services booked directly with a third-party practitioner are also **non-refundable**. Refunds or credits for these services are at the discretion of the practitioner. If a credit is provided, it may be applied to the rebooking date (subject to the practitioner’s availability) or to a separate appointment with that practitioner on a different date. However, as an exception, we offer the option to apply the credit toward a future booking within 6 consecutive calendar months from the original booking date, pending availability. If the credit is not used within this 6-month period, it will be forfeited.
Membership Fee Schedule
Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway: Membership Fee Schedule Please find below the Membership Fee Schedule for Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway. These fees are subject to change at the discretion of Getaway Management. Members will be notified of any fee adjustments in advance. 1. Membership Types Membership: Includes all benefits of the Standard Membership, plus additional perks such as double-booking hours for a longer Getaway Day, priority, booking, special invite to exclusive workshops, and personalized wellness activities. 2. Membership Durations Monthly Membership: Ideal for short-term commitment and flexibility. Annual Membership: Offers a cost-effective option for long-term commitment and benefits. 3. Membership Fees Please note that fees may vary based on the type and duration of membership. Standard Membership Fees: Monthly Standard Membership: $129.99 per month Annual Standard Membership: $1128 per year which averages $94 per month 4. Payment Options Membership fees can be paid via the following methods: Credit or Debit Card Bank Transfer Online Payment Gateway (e.g., PayPal) 5. Additional Fees Members or guests may incur additional charges for certain Getaway services, workshops, or special events. These fees will be communicated separately and are not included in the Membership Fee Schedule. Late membership payments will incur a $20 late payment fee. 6. Refund Policy Membership fees are non-refundable except when the Getaway cancels a membership for reasons other than a member’s violation of the Membership Terms and Conditions. 7. Membership Renewal Membership will automatically expire at the end of the membership period. Members may choose to renew their membership to continue enjoying Getaway benefits. 8. Changes to Fees The Getaway Management reserves the right to adjust membership fees at any time. Members will be notified of fee changes in advance. 9. Discounts and Promotions 10. Membership Cancellation At Root Camp Experience Nature and Wellness Getaway, we understand that circumstances may change, and our members may need to cancel their membership. Please review our Membership Cancellation Policy outlined below: The Getaway may offer special promotions or discounts on membership fees from time to time. These promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions. 1. Membership Cancellation 1.1. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. 1.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the designated cancellation form provided by the Getaway. Verbal requests will not be accepted. 2. Refund Eligibility 2.1. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, as stated in the Membership Terms and Conditions. However, there are certain circumstances under which a refund may be considered: a) **Medical Reasons:** If a member is unable to use their membership due to a medical condition verified by a medical professional, the Getaway may consider a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the membership. b) **Relocation:** If a member relocates to an area where they can no longer access the Getaway facilities or services, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the membership may be considered. c) **Getaway Closure:** If the Getaway is temporarily or permanently closed for reasons beyond the member's control, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the membership will be issued. 2. Refund Eligibility 2.1. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, as stated in the Membership Terms and Conditions. However, there are certain circumstances under which a refund may be considered: 2.2. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the discretion of the Getaway Management. 3. Cancellation Process 3.1. To request membership cancellation, members must follow these steps: a) Submit a written cancellation request via email or the designated cancellation form provided by the Getaway. b) Include a clear reason for the cancellation request and any supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, proof of relocation). 3.2. Cancellation requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and members will be notified of the outcome via email or written communication. 4. Membership Termination 4.1. If a member violates the Membership Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct, the Getaway Management reserves the right to terminate the membership without a refund. 5. No-Show and Unused Memberships 5.1. No-shows and unused memberships will not be eligible for refunds or credit. 6. Membership Renewal 6.1. Memberships that are canceled are not automatically renewed. If a former member wishes to rejoin the Getaway, they must reapply for membership following the current Membership Fee Schedule. 7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy 7.1. Getaway Management reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Cancellation Policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance. By becoming a Getaway member, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the Membership Cancellation Policy.
